SERUMS

What is serum?
The serum is a skincare product that you can apply to the skin after cleansing, but before hydration, with the goal of directly supplying the skin with powerful ingredients. The serum is especially suitable for this task because it consists of smaller molecules that can penetrate deep into the skin and provide a very high concentration of active ingredients. This makes them a great way to fight specific skin problems, such as wrinkles, acne, and other skin imperfections. Most serums are clear, gel-based or liquid, and are usually less thick than moisturizers. They are usually applied before moisturizers to retain moisture.
There are also oil-based oil serums that are made from special base oils with the addition of vitamins and essential oils. These are rich products with a liquid consistency. Oil-based serums do not contain water. Because they have such a large amount of oil, it only takes a few drops for daily care. The question is which serum to use, oily or hydrating? As a day, it may be better to use hydrants, as a base for day cream and make-up, while for evenings we recommend oils that will absorb your skin throughout the night. We also offer hydrating and oil serums for different skin types. For each serum, the characteristics are shown, as well as the composition that can help you choose.
